 Terry Vaughn began his study of the arts in 1992. He has served as
Vice-President and Treasurer of the Black Belt Fraternity for the
past 8 years. He has been USKK National Champion in 1998 and 1999.
Mr. Vaughn is the junior program coordinator at the South School. He holds the rank of Shodan. Mr. Vaughn is the
Director of Bands for Miami Middle School.
"The diciplines learned in music parallel those found in karate,
i.e.: self-confidence, self-discipline, team spirit, and
physical fitness. These will help to reinforce a standard of
excellence that is required for sucess in all of life."
